What am I doing wrong?

Hello all.  I have a question about what to eat.  I'm 4 months out and down about 88/90 pounds so far from VSG.  Now I've been told be my nut that I'm not eating enough.  I'm still eating about 2oz of food at each eating.  I have a huge problem with my protein I'll admit but I just can't stomach them.  I really am in need of some serious help.  What else am I suppose to do.  I've been eating chicken every morning for breakfast for some kind of protein but nothing is helping.  I'm not trying to go backwards but I'm at a lost.  Am I just doing something wrong?  Please help.  Thanks a bunch.

I went through not eating enough and some days I still do.  You need the protein so find a shake, or bar, or something you can tolerate. 

I can't use soy or whey shakes and I still managed to get two shakes and a protein bar in each day.  Malnutrition is scarier than those awful pea protein shakes. 

Experiment.  Protein first.  I don't have a vsg, but I'm sure your appetite will come eventually. Mine is arriving now at almost six months out.  I still make sure I get the shakes in and all of my water.

I really like tho Isopure protein drinks...40g a bottle. That is more than half of my daily requirement.

I'm almost 9 months out from VSG surgery and I still do protein shakes or bars.  If I eat all my protein I'm unable to get in any fruits or veggies during the day.  I really like to start the day with a protein shake and add fruit to it because I get my fruit and protein at the same time.

how many calories are too low? Im averaging 250-450 per day right now...but doing all of my protien and water
