it sounds (and is) excruciating but have your muscles rubbed, put lil bit to work with some baby oil and tell her mommy needs help.

I have 4 of the biggest loser dvds or at least the Jillian ones. I have yet to do one. Now that you said it is a good workout I'm going to have to try them. Which one did you do?

I believe that it was called cardio blast. I have to go home and look at the cover again. I will send you a pm if I am wrong. It is really a good workout. Me and my friend personally couldn't fini**** we literally collasped to the ground we were so tired. But we did most of it. This particular dvd has 3 levels plus the warm up and cool down. When you pop in the dvd you can choose which work out you want to do. So you don't have to do all three levels. We did level one plus warm up and cool down. When I tell you we were drenched in sweat. OMG. My friend accused me of trying to kill her because it was my idea to do the tape. LOL. Let me know what you think when you get done doing one of the tapes.

Will do. I had actually gotten them out this weekend to do them but never got around to it. I will though now.
