I am in so much pain
So yesterday a friend and I decided to work out to the biggest loser exercise tape. Man oh man It was a 30 min work out. 5 min warm up 20 min work out 5 min cool down. We did like 20 minutes of the tape and half the cool down. We were literally dripping in sweat. And today I am so sore from every orifice of my body. I can hardly move. Any suggestions on how to alleviate this pain?
Keep doing it!!! Seriously as you do it more often your muscles wil get a lil used to it. But for now I like this rub Tiger Balm, and you could take some Tylenol for the pain.

Hate to say it Kendra...but pain actually is a good thing. Lets you know that you are working that body. Glad that you have a workout buddy. This is helpful while you are developing the habit. Thanks for posting....actually helped motivate me. Need to increase the routine and frequency of my exercise. Have a good day.
