Hello Everyone
I really don't feel like going to the gym this morning.  What I really feel like at this moment is to crawl back into bed for an extra hour and cancel this training session.
But I will do whats best for me.
This morning I have upper body with my trainer and then I will do about 40 min cardio on the stair stepper.

Hi Barb,
Yesterday wasn't a rest day after all, I went to spin class. Today after work , Body Pump. I have been having plastic consultations and want to lose at least 20 pounds before I do it at the first of the year.

Hi Barb, yesterday I went to the gym today is my busy day. This morning I'll be working out with Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds.  I'm going to combine the three miles and the two mile to get five miles in.

Morning,

Man oh man I didn't want to workout yesterday but now I'm really happy that I went.  Don't know what I'm going to do today as far as cardio or strength training but whatever it is I'll be there!

Water aerobics last night. I'm going to work out on weight machines and also try zumba tonight. I'm so afraid I'm going to be the fat chick in class that's all out of breath and about to pass out though. I have made up in my mind that I'm going to try though cause until I do I'll never know if I'll be able to do it.

You have to start somewhere.  ( I was always that fat girl in those classes, LOL)
Failure is not even trying.  Just stepping into the class you have already succeeded.  High five to you.  Don't try to keep up with those skinny women, you do you!!!!!
Have fun I have never went to a Zumba class but I hear it's alot of fun.
please tell me about it tomorrow.

Hey Barb and my excercise challenge buddies!!!

I have been MIA on the boards for a couple of days...but I have been working out!!!!

Last Thursday...no formal workout, but running up and down the stairs around the set of BET for 106 & Park was a workout and then the following day drove with my BF and my kids to HersheyPark PA and walked and walked and walked...OMG we walked...Saturday I rested and Sunday night I did some weights...

Yesterday...back on my grind...my a.m. workout was a 52 minute full body bootcamp THE FIRM...with weights, cardio and plyometrics
My evening workout was 45 minutes of straight boxing...back and arms and waist feelin it today...

And my 1st workout today...about to get it in now....some cardio and not sure what I am going to do tonight yet...need to switch some things up!
