Honeymooners...POSSE UP!
Last week was BLAH! I didn't excersie at all and because of that I have no results. I actually went up a pound
!!!!! That means I have to work twice as hard this week!! Protien, water and vits are still good. I plan to walk or bike everyday this week, and pray to have a good report come Monday! Hope everyone has a productive week!!

Well I lost 3 pounds this week, We under a lot of stress at work last week. but I ate right and did get in about 3 miles of walk 3 times last week. will do better this week. I am getting sooner to my goals to be under 200 pound by labor day.
