Last week was BLAH!  I didn't excersie at all and because of that I have no results.  I actually went up a pound !!!!!  That means I have to work twice as hard this week!!  Protien, water and vits are still good.  I plan to walk or bike everyday this week, and pray to have a good report come Monday!  Hope everyone has a productive week!!

we started around Easter, but, sure, jump right in.  No prizes, no big deal, just holding each other accountable and cheering each other on in our quest to meet individual goals by Labor day.

Well I lost 3 pounds this week, We under a lot of stress at work last week. but I ate right and did get in about 3 miles of walk 3 times last week. will do better this week. I am getting sooner to my goals to be under 200 pound by labor day.

1st mini goal 250 done 04/24/09
2nd mini goal under 200 done 09/11/2009
