I missed last week's check in but I'm doing ok having lost 2.2 lbs last week and 1.4 lbs this week.
The 180 lb barrier has been broken. I'd kill to get up to 3 lbs a week steady loss. I need to be at 170 lbs for my six month check up. Its going to be tight.
Exercise was good on the cardio but lacking on the strength. I've been inadvertantly missing my iron supplement but its back on track. I'll take a little extra until I'm back in form. With the added iron, my strength training should be back on track.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I am doing something fun with my BFF...Last week on Tuesday I weighed in @ 194.8 and yesterday was 192 so will officially weigh in tomorrow...She was at 142 and she is trying to drop about 20 lbs...(she loves the extra skinny look)...We exercise and compare meals and it is helping...I hope to be 191-192 tomorrow and that will leave about 12 lbs to lose by 09/16...My Birthday.

I am starting to realize that my goal may have been too much for my slow rate of weight loss. I am not going to change my goal for this challenge though, I will just try to see how close I can get to it. Anyway, my week was not bad, I dropped a few lbs. I am planning on doing more of the same this week.
This past week was o.k. I didn't get to the gym as much as I would have liked but hey.
This week I'll get in the gym as much as possible; I cooked so at least my eating will be on point and we will see what happens next week.
Oh yeah I lost 2.6lbs this week. That leaves me with about 23lbs to lose for the challenge. I doubt that I'll make it but every pound lost brings me closer to that goal.
