20 min on stair stepper
20 min inverval run
20 min on elliptical machine.
If not too tired take a short swim afterward

MSW will not settle

Today is what I call my "freestyle day" so it will probably be a Julian Michaels fat burning dvd or a resistance band circut training routine.  Cardio & strength all in one.

I just got cleared to hit the gym - was going to go yesterday but things didn't work out - I am about to finish a snack and get in.

at least 20 min treadmill
upper body weights - man I can't wait to grab a dumbell again!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
