Tell the truth! What's for breakfast?

I had a small piece of left over pot roast (just to get some protein in ) and a light yogurt.  I am finding that my meals for B, L & D are so unconventional these days (i.e dinner for breakfast and vice versa). All I think about is "will this be enough protein". Before WLS...I never would have even fathom...eating some dayum pot roast for breakfast. I do better with the kids meals though...try to keep them within the norm.  Here lately though....we have not been eating together. I prepare their meal and then I am off doing other things. I really need to bring this back into balance...as this should not be the case...regardless of how hectic my schedule is at the moment.

Morning all

Im having a Dannon light & fit yogurt peach !

I had a taste for bacon but the line was too long at the breakfast counter. 

Maybe I can find a way to squeeze some in for lunch

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

Isopure strawberry N cream shake with four strawberry's and one ice cube added
(50 grams of protein).
Coffee with sf french vanilla cream and equil sugar.

damn damn DAMN!!!!

not only did I SKIP my protein shake this morning.....

had a bowl of cereal
then 30 min later, a salmon croquette (wierd, I know)

And I am right now eating a sausage and cheese kolache. 

you got me this morning for REAL!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I had a protein smoothie & a 1/2 cup oatmeal. My protein smoothie is made of 1scoop of unflavored protien mix, 1cup of tropicana 50% less sugar oj, 2-3 frozen strawberries, a few blueberries, 1 packet of splenda & 2 ice cubes. I put everything in my little single serve blenda & violaaa. DELICIOUS!!

Turkey bacon and southwestern egg beaters with salsa. Knock on wood, but I don't know if I'll ever get tired of it. I have to be careful because I end up wanting more and just have to tell myself no.
