I'm doing walk away the pounds with Leslie Sasnone this morning (three mile walk). Later this evening I'm going to walk on my tread mill b/c I won't be able to go to the gym today.

I'm a bum..........I've done nothing this week but i plan to get up in the morning and hit the gym.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Hey All,

Missed a few days of both accountability and exercise.  I'm back up to standard now.

30 min eliptical and 30 min bike are done
body sculpting and muscle building this evening

Well didn't get to the gym yesterday, but I am still sore from the day before. I will be going again this evening and do full body weight training and an hour of water aerobics.

Nothing today, a sistah needs a break; I've been going hard the past 3 day****ting the gym twice per day.  Last nights reggae workout was the bomb.  but I swear she looks around the room to see who needs work on what and choreographs routines for it.  Last night she must have been looking at my thighs.  My legs are screaming.  Besides, I have to have some dental work done in a few........yeah that's it

GOOD LAWD HAVE MERCY......did somebody set my ankles on FIRE....MY TOES.....i feel like im walking on tree stumps.....so not a pretty picture....i NEED A CANE....

but......again barb i will get my exercise in,,,,,
