I've been afraid to try the powder because I tried the 0 calorie drinks and it was disgusting.  Does the powder taste better?

If you want, I can send you a few samples of the powder to see if you like it.  I have been using Isopure for 6 years and I can drink it straight (with 2-3 oz of water). 

Did u say 2 or 3 ounces of water? I can't even imagine how saturated that must be. I'm good to limit it to 8-12 oz....

BTW, I get mine from DPS nutrition and it is always 34.95 so once the sale is over, y'all might want to check that out.

Shay, I ONLY drink more than 8 ounces of protein if it's in the form of a smoothie.  Otherwise, I don't have time nor the inclination to be drinking that stuff for more than a few seconds. 

I can take it to the head like a shot of patron.  I need to get the most bang for my buck/time.  Isopue is one of the purest forms of whey protein on the market.  It mixes well in 2-3 ounces and is never thick.

I actually make a double in about 8 ounces and sip on it after a workout. Rehydration and protein at one time.

Cookie, I ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip Isopure Protein and I am struggling to get it in.  I don't know what it is.  I wish they sold a sampler packet(s) so I could try them before I BUY the huge container. Oh well, I guess I better get creative....  LOL  Cuz right now, I am getting sick looking at the container on top of the refrigerator.....

Try mixing it with a few ounces of FF chocolate milk, 2 tbl of Hershey's cocoa, SF chocolate syrup, splenda, and ice.  I call this my chocolate blast.
