OT: Ring tones and Voicemail messages

I love Gravity!!  I have "We're in this love together" for my Boo's tone.  I have a country ring back tone and it plays "Cowgirls don't cry" on errbody else.  I love the bells and whistles.....

In my work, I end up making a lot of calls to clients and a lot of times I have cell phone numbers - I don't wanta listen to nothing but - Hi, I'm xyz, leave a message.  Making a series of phone calls takes twice as much time when I gotta listen to somebody's favorite slow jam before I can leave a message or even talk to them.  Besides - the songs all sound tinny to me over the phone and even the songs I like don't sound good.

OT:  overheard at the AT&T store - "Well, sir, with that I-phone your monthly charges are $225 per month."  dang!!! - I like the I-phone but unless its for business I don't see paying hundreds of dollars per month on a gadgety phone - hell, what happened to carrying pictures of the loved ones in your wallet or purse.  Unless they have an "ap" for minting money, I think I will have to pass..LOL

The sad thing is most of the mofos with the $225 a month charges be the ones you can't call after the 20th of every month - cause they ain't paid for LAST month and are cut off.

Damn phone companies think they are saving face for their customers with that 'the person you have reached is not accepting calls at this time'

YEAH they would - but they ain't PAID - you ain't fooling NOBODY!!!! 

For $225 a month, the phone has do more than that!!  It would have to clean my dayum house!!

another ring tone pet peeve... My big burly bustin up the chiffarobe manly man cousin has a        *****made ringtone. We are standing in line at the u-haul place and it is quiet all around and this fool-a$$ dude's pocket starts singing " I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T do you know what that means" I was like "WTH??? really??? are you kidding me, yous a independent woman now???" then he had the nerve to get mad talking about "That'smy girl" Yeah right sucka...

Well, I guess I'm in the minority here.  LOL  I have the 'jackassary' on my phone.  I choose the song according to my mood or whatever I happen to be going through at the time.  Currently I am using 'I'm Cool' by Anthony Hamilton. 

My phone is not for business, my job does not call on it, and I merely have it on there for my callers listening pleasure.  It actually does not make the calls any longer because it's just a song in place of the ringing you would normally hear.  I have had people say to me....'why did you answer so quick, I was jammin to that'....LOL

See - that's cool if the mofos callin you share your music taste.  With my homie - I don't.  I ain't wanna hear that lame azz Gravity.... she depressed so she sharin that shiot with the world.... hell - just turn yo phone OFF heffa so don't nobody gotta HEAR your GLUM azz!!!!!
