1 scoop of strawberry 100% EAS protein powder, in 8 oz skim milk, with 1 squirt of sf strawberry syrup. (same thing I have every morning) I am gonna try the smoothies though, they sound wonderful.

Protein shake, 1 slice of toast w/chive cream cheese spread

Mid morning will be deli meat and cheese roll ups w/ a few saltines.

SO glad I did not roll thru Taco Cabana like I was THINKIN.......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

1 and a half scoop of sugar free, low fat moose tracks ice cream
2 oz  lowfat milk
All blended together (knocked my chocolate craving right out)

Bacon and eggs. Didn't get to the store to buy more egg beaters and turkey bacon so I'll be having the real thing this morning.

The job welcomed a visit from one of the  big wigs so they supplied a nice spread for us.......

I had about 3 watermelon slices,  2 pineapple slices and 2 strawberries.

and 1/2 of  cinnamon muffin.   I couldnt resist it 

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I have some strawberry cream isopure protein powder drink mix. I'll have to get me some bananas and pineapple chunks, and yogurt so that I could try this recipe.
I had 2 left over BBQ chicken strips and a cup of coffee this morning.

More like brunch for me, didn't eat early on.

cole slaw

But your smoothie sounds good, I might try it in the morning because lately
I don't seem to have the time or desire to eat breakfast.
