Healthy breakfast foods
Hi Everyone,
Since my appetite is strong again and my pouch is not very sensitive, i want to be sure that I stick to whole, unprocessed foods as much as possible. I eat lots of seafood, chicken, almonds and berries, but I need some ideas for breakfast. I usually do a protein smoothie, berries and yogurt or leftover chicken wingettes but I sure miss breakfast foods... I tried the weight control oatmeal and eggs, but they are not appealing. Any healthy, low carb ideas? Thanks.

I would think that Breakfast is the most difficult meal to plan...I have had the same breakfast for the past 3 months: Carribean Cooler Protein drink... I have had grits w/ a little cheese... Eggs with a half slice of wheat toast... I tried cold cereal once and I am not a big fan of the weight control oatmeal... I have had an omelet which was super good and there are these turkey sausages I love that are very healthy for breakfast.
