Aww man!!! Girl, I did this 2 years ago (thought I was too cute to exercise/eat right, after all - I lost the weight, I can't possibly gain it back, right?) WRONG...AS HEYLL!!! I re-gained 35 lbs. over the past 3 years...now at that rate...within 3 more years...I could be 70 lbs. HEAVIER!!! Uh...that's o.k., I'll pass on the extras!

Now, I am eating much healthier...drinking more water...getting full faster...(also taking a diet pill - no shame to my game - doing what I need to do; what may work for me, may not work for others)...

I went to the doctor this morning, and have lost 12.5 lbs. in the past month. I am on a mission to get back to onederland - by the end of the year - THANK YOU FOR THE REALLY...REAL INFO -Because we are ALL guilty...ALL OF US!!!
