I am wondering, if you have really bad bat wings, is it possible to get rid of them without surgery? I mean is there a sure fire exercise you can do? I hear Preparation H helps tighten the skin, anyone else heard that?

Hey...I would love to know the answer for this...I do not mind surgery on my tummy and/or breast but would hate to do so on my arms...But after losing 100 lbs and counting I know I will need surgery...Not sure if anything else can be done because I have always had big arms and that is my only option at this point.

I have always had big arms, now it looks like I have a little arm trapped inside a big arm.  That's my problem with surgery, I know I tend to scare, its not really bad scaring but enough to make me feel uncomfortable on my arms.

Make sure you check the PS forum on here...I have seen some really nice results from brachio and good scaring...If I personally cannot see the scare I am okay with it...Some would prefer the scare over the skin and others not.

oprah ran a repeat yesterday it was the show with star jones,  o asked her if she's had to have surgery on her arms and she said no, because from the beginning the dr. told me to do pilates.   i've heard that lifting weights will help, but dunno for sure.

Hmmm and she had pretty big arms too . If  it worked for her I may need to try it. I hate I missed that show.

I do weights and bands. My arms could look better, but they are decent.

I had REALLY big arms, and the more exercising I did, the more conspicuous it became (in terms of the distinction between my real arm vs. the fat/skin) I had the brachioplasty this past December, and aside from wls, it was the BEST decision I have made regarding my weight loss journey. Maybe your arms were not as bad as mine, but if they would have put a red X on the outside of my arms extending from my fingers to my shoulders, it still would have been better "to me" than the skin hanging.... do what's best for you.... continued success and all the best on this journey..... sb

do you have any before and after pics of your arms?  If so do you mind sharing?
I have large arms also, and I do light weights.  As someone mentioned above I'm starting to see alot of definition, surrounded by saggy skin hanging.

I do have some pics of my arms before and I can take some of them now, I will do that this evening and post them tonight....I must confess I haven't done a lot of working out but I have just started working out a lot more specifically on my arms. Which is why I was wondering if working my arms were in vain.  So i guess I need to continue on the path I am on and see what happen, it definitely cant hurt anything.
