Good Morning everyone

I needed yesterday off to prepare me for the "KILLER" work out that my trainer put me through this morning.  OH my goodness.  It was "HARD" am I whining????  YES!!!!
We did lower body and then I did 30 min on the stair master.
I wish I could go soak in a hot mineral bath with Epsom salt but I have to hit the shower and start my day.
Thursday I have my body fat measured since starting this challenge.  I will let you know how it comes out.

I am back on BodyForLife.  Upper body workout - chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, and obliques.

Oh man, yesterday's work outs have me wiped out!  I went to the gym twice; after work I took a reggae workout class and burned up some calories whining up.  Today I'm paying for it.

Anyway today I will do a total body workout on lunch, after work will be a spin class.  Then it will be off to soak in a hat bath lol.

My exercise today will be four hours of standing and walking back and forth at my second job.  I leave one job after nine hours of siting go to another job for four hours of standing, walking and light work. I definitely burn major calories at my second job because by time I get home I my legs and back hurt from moving so much.

Edited to add I did do a thirty minute walk on my lunch hour.

cardio and taebo....woo hoo.....my body is feeling it.....good lawd.....but im not complaining...at least not yet....

I finally went back to the gym yesterday. I only did water aerobics because I left my sweats at home, but I really did enjoy it.
Today I will start out on the elliptical, then hit the weights and fini**** off with another water aerobics class.

Total body workout this morning - back, shoulders, arms, hips butt, thighs, calves....all of it!!!! LOL

Tonight is my late evening at the gym...while I wait for my BF....elliptical for an hour!

Great Work everyone.  I am so proud of everyone getting out there and doing some type of physical activity.  I generally respond to everyone individually but it's been a LONG day.  I am beat.  Trying to get that 2nd work out in is really hard sometimes.  I am going to go soak in a hot tub,
