I know I said today was going to be my day off.
I will not be doing any heavy cardio, but I am on my way to the gym to swim.

Mornin'
Yesterday was my day off.  Saturday me and the rugrat went roller skating and had a blast.  I hadn't been on skates in years and right now I'm just thanking the lord that I didn't fall. (I think I better up the calcium before I go back).

Today it's back to the gym for week 4 of the couch 2 5k on my lunch hour.  I'm so scared of these long runs.
After work it's either a spin class or reggae workout.

Girl I think I wold hurt myself if I ever got on skates again in life, LOL.

 Hello all, 

I don't post often but I have a question. 

What do you all do with your hair when working out? I have been taking a swim class twice a week in shallow water and thankfully it hasn't been getting wet but I really need to up my work outs and get in more cardio but I don't because, I don't want my hair to look a hot mess. 

Any suggestions would be helpful because my thighs are starting to giggle more than jello and they need the gym lol

My hair is waved...its actually a cross between finger waves and push waves....in any case...its all gelled up and hardened and after every workout I spritz it so that it becomes hard again...its better for mebecause I work out 2x a day. Besides...it keeps my hands and heat off of my already thin hair and it is now growing...

I don't have that problem anymore.  I recently cut mine short because of my workout schedule.  So now I just put some Paul Mitchell foaming pomade and styling foam in it and go.
It's so easy.

Good Luck with it.  We have such a problem when it comes to our hair, LOL

Thirty minutes on the ellipitical  and maybe 10 minutes of toning for my arms.

Hope you got those 10 min in.  I love working my arms.  Now that most of my weight has come off I can see the muscles and I love it!!!!
