"Hair it is!"

Hello, all.
I need some assistance with my disappearing hair.  I'm four months post-op (RNY) and this weekend I noticed that my hair is thinning significantly on the top of my head.  I take my vitamins regularly and ensure that I get my protein, fruits, and veggies also.  What can I do for the thinning hair?  Are there any extra vitamins or supplements that I should consider?  Rogaine?  A wig?  Hairpiece?  Help.

No experience with this but.

Go natural. I go to the dominicans to get a wash and set. Maybe some hot oil vitamin E treatments.

I take Biotin and extra iron to help with the hair. 

Go and get some Biotine it helps a lot. Also I use Nexuss Products they have this one that's called EMERGENCEE that is awesome it a hair breakage conditioner. So if you get this you might as well get the shampoo and conditioner as well. Also there is a product call PROSITY I may be spelling it wrong but allof the beauty supplies sell it but made sure you get the shampoo and conditioner as well.

Dye it Jet Black. Doesnt make it grow, but gives the appearance of thicker hair. USe semi perm rinse for now. clairol textures and tones $4.99/bottle. Lasts from relaxer to retouch.,...Fake it till you make it!

I have to agree with the jet black thing - my hair is thin on top - has been ever since about 6mos post op for me.
