Sunday Dinner - what's burnin????

I'm late since I tend to be a spur of the moment cook. I've been craving pizza like crazy all day. More specifically Chicago style deep dish-I even ddrove past the place. But I held out.

Dinner will be grilled/blackened catfish and broccoli, with some left over mac and cheese. Doubt I'll room for the mac and cheese but I'm sure gonna try!

But today I cooked baked turkey wings, mixed green turnip and mustard green, yellow rice and cornbread. All I eat was the turkey wing and green.
Also baked a lemon cake for the family

I making Anita Baker's Smothered Chicken, except I'm putting some carrots in it. Serving it with rice, steamed broccoli and biscuits. It's back to basics tomorrow for me
