Hello Everyone.  Sorry I am late.

This morning I had a session with my trainer.  Upper body and then 30 min on the tread mil, interval running. 
My rest day will be Monday.  Can't wait for Monday.
I lost 5 ponds this week. 
Hard work and eating right does pay off!!

Congrats on your spectacular results.  I'd kill to loose so much in a week.  Even with my rny its never hapened.

Today I'll do 60-90 min cardio, body sculpting routine, and a little extra work on my buns and abs.

   I t was alot of hard work, and I have been working with weights for some time now, just never really followed my diet like I should have.  I think I have built some muscle that helps to raise your metabolism. My trainer told me if I at right, the fat wold come off and he was right. I am excited.  It was a struggle getting in "AT LEAST" 300 min cardio in 7 days but I did it. This lifestyle change is my part time job, LOL. Preparing meals ahead of time, working out twice a day....... But it is worth it.
Keep your head up, keep exercising!!!!!!
Not many people are exercising on Sat, so pat yourself on the back

70 mins of cardio- treadmill and elliptical.

15 mins of weight training.

It's my 10th day post-op and I decided to step it up a little from my mallwalking.

I did the elliptical 45 minutes today switching in between leven 7 and 8 out of 10.
Felt so good!

Had to take a nap right afterwards, tho. lol.
