EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In
Hello Everyone. Sorry I am late.
This morning I had a session with my trainer. Upper body and then 30 min on the tread mil, interval running.
My rest day will be Monday. Can't wait for Monday.
I lost 5 ponds this week.
Hard work and eating right does pay off!!

Congrats on your spectacular results. I'd kill to loose so much in a week. Even with my rny its never hapened.

I t was alot of hard work, and I have been working with weights for some time now, just never really followed my diet like I should have. I think I have built some muscle that helps to raise your metabolism. My trainer told me if I at right, the fat wold come off and he was right. I am excited. It was a struggle getting in "AT LEAST" 300 min cardio in 7 days but I did it. This lifestyle change is my part time job, LOL. Preparing meals ahead of time, working out twice a day....... But it is worth it.
