I'd like to "Thank" everyone who sent up a prayer on my behave as i went in for RNY on the 15th!!!! Everything went just fine!!! I was in and out before i knew it. God craddled me in his arms as Dr. Enoches did his thang!!!!I got to check in about 10 min to 8 in the morning,started taking some pics next thing I know they were calling me back pre-op stuff so I waited and waited then my family came back and we waited longer then the charge nurse came in to tell me Dr. Enoches had ran into a problem in the surgery before me therefore he was running behind!!!At 12:15  he came into into my room and asked if i was ready,I in turn asked him if he was ready. Jokingly we all laughed!! Shortly they took me back!! That's all i remember I opened my eyes and looked around i was in recovery!!! Shortly they wisked me off to my room,where i stayed for two nights!! The pain was not bad I only used my PSA three times, i had no N/V and are getting my clear liquids down just fine!!! Again, Thanks to the vets and upcomers who prayed!!!!

I am glad that everything went well with your surgery.  I had mine on the 15th as well.  Had a little trouble with asthma but other than that everything was fine.  I thought it went fine also.  I joke when they brought me from under I said "am I skinny yet"  one of the nurses said soon.

GREAT TO HEAR ALL IS WELL!!! WE WILL BE SKINNY BEFORE LONG!! STAY ENCOURGED!!ARE YOU KEEPING YOUR LIQUIDS DOWN AND GETTING IN ENOUGH????
