If this is the same clip, it is nearly three years old and he smushed some lady in the face.  Only problem I have is it is a clip you don't see the before the after or anything.  It could be anything going on.  It seems we just wait and feed on what the media gives us.  Of course this is all opinion and the photo you are sharing could be something totally different and this is just my sleepy biased opinion for hating the media on nearly all accounts.

i heard there was a clip of Jay hitting a woman floating around which i find to be hypocritical as all get out since he tried to talk stuff about Chris Brown...and got Chris thrown out of the BET tribute show to  Michael Jackson...

 and this is why people should look at themselves before throwing down judgments of others.
