90 Days of Accountability: Day 16
Feeling just ok. Not doing to good with this pain that will not go away but I will be fine. Funny thing, I tried to rollerblade yesterday (never done it a day in my life) and I fell down 4 times. OMG, you wanna talk about pain with all this weight hitting the ground. I've had those rollerblades for damn near 3 years and never tried to skate. I was always too scared to do it. But I am going to try again in the near future.
Ok, enough rambling here's the real deal
Took all vitamins but I missed the last dose of calcium. That will not happen again today.
50+oz of water and my ice habbit is back in full effect. I really do not know why because I am taking my iron pills and I double up on those so I dont get it.
No exercise but that lame attempt at rollerblading
Food intake:
B-coffee
L-1/2 tuna sandwich and a few chips
S-1/2 tuna sandwich and a few chips
D- 2 crabcakes
S- 2 peanut butter cookies
S- mie fun
Datz all folks.............................

Had a great day yesterday. Went to Red Lobster. Did not eat the bread, ordered salad, had the talapia with shrimp on it with fresh tomatoes cut up really small and red onions and balsamic dressing on top of the fi**** was very good!!!. I did not have potato or rice. I am very proud of that.
I think I finally hit my mark with the water intake.
Exercise: Weights to the lower body and interval hills for 30 min on the tread mil.

I am not afraid of tomorrow,
for I have seen yesterday
and I love today......

I was tired yesterday but also psyched because my two week stall has broken and not become three weeks. Also because I've had no new weight gain since I ditched my medical teams diet and created my own . (For anyone who has not read my previous *****ing about this, see my profile. Yes, you can gain weight after rny if you have a f**ked up metabolism. Even when living by the rules. I wish someone had told me this pre op. )
Breaking the stall inspired me so I was a good kid
and got it all correct for the first time this week. I am finally back on track after two consecutive marginal weeks.
100 oz of liquids, 48 oz of which was plain water. Three meals, three snacks and zero grazing; Calories, protein and other macro nutrients on target. All vits taken. Cardio and strength training done.
The drama that lead to my downfall still persists, but at last I'm taking care of me again. I am still working on not allowing other issues to interfere with me working my program.
