Wait a minute...these fools didn't realize they were on a Riverboat swaying back and forth until AFTER they got drunk?????

Holy special kinda stupid, Batman.  lol.

Whats up D!

lol....I don't think the motion affected them as much until they had too much too drink. Seriously, it seemed to me that it happened all at once.  They even had to shut one of the restrooms down because  someone made a horrible mess in there. I was gagging the whole time...I mean I  can laugh about it now....but I definitely can say NEVA again....lol!

hey li!

gurl your story made laaaaaaugh, especially not being able to be as mad as you want cuz well, that buffet was good.  LOL!

reminds me of southern delicacies in general.  the last time i was in louisiana we walked into this litle grocery store.  up on the counter next to the other um, snacks was a jar filled with some liquid, upon closer inspection, it also contained 2 floating pigs feet.  the girlfriend who's from new orleans sees the look on my face and *guides* me outside redirecting the outburst.   we get in the car and she says i know you think there was some board of health violation going on there, pigs feet are a southern delicacy.  i say ya'll eat HOOVES??  she say don't knock it till you tried it, been seasoning and picklin for a minute, now thas a good foot!  from then on when we enjoy somethin, thas what we say, now thas a good foot!

dead.  :rofl2:

LOL! Marlo...I just had a visual of you with a magnifying glass, a trench coat and a hat on your head...inspecting those pig feet...LOL! Guurl if you had went further into the woods..lol...you probably would have laid your eyes on some coon (raccoon), chicken feet and hog mogs! Shoot...when I was growing up down there...folks did not believe in wasting any part of any animal. If it couldn't be fried, stewed, roasted or baked...you best believe that there would be a pot of soup with all the remnants floating around inside...lol!  In other words ...always ask..."whats in the soup"!

Being back home will get you right back on track and those pounds gained gone.  An occaisional treat is good for you.

But for that stinky boat,
eeeewwwwww!  I'll stick with indian casinos.

Glad you and the kids had a good time.

Hey MSW!

Yep I did pretty good today with my eating.  Tomorrow I will kick back into my exercise regimen. I did go to Foxwood once....those Indians make big bank on the Casinos..but they also believe in making the place very luxurious.,..thats the way to do it.

Welcome Back,we missed you,I just had to let you know your story about the boat is the same experience I went through in Long Island. We didnot even get a chance to eat and soon as we started to enjoy the casino that boat started to rock.People were laying everywhere,I was sitting at a table with my head laying on the table with a brown bag in front of me.you talking about sick,I hope I will never go through that again. The  worse thing is we had to complete going out before the boat would turn around. We never did eat or get a chance to do anything on the trip and you don't even get your money back,it was a fund raiser for my friend's church. My husband didnot even get sick, but he has a iron stomach.LOLI am now afraid to go on those kind of boats. So you enjoyed yourself other wise, which was good and now you are back to the groove, glad to have you back..

Hey Marilyn,

Nice to see your lovely face.  Wow....sounds like your experience was even more horrible than mine.  I am glad some folks can relate though.  Now I know that I was not being pessimistic! Wish you the best through this week. Lisa
