I did not get the results that I wanted
Well folks, I am back. This is just a report, it not for anyone to feel sorry for me, hell after thinking about it I should really be proud of myself, I am just so darn hard on myself. I had my Fitness Challenges and let me tell you I sucked wind. I was really feeling bad. it took my dear angel Cookie to put her foot on my throat once again for a reality check.
I was so hyped about this challenge. I thought my weakness was pushup, so I been really working on those. Did not think I would have a problem with situps, well silly me must have forgot that I had open stomach surgery end of Feb and did not start back to working out until 1 Jun 09.
Pushup was first...I needed to do 31 for a gold....I whipped out 32 army style pushup Yea me.
Situp time...I needed to do 66, it so did not happened, I could only do 40 situp in 2 minutes....40 sorry situp. How the heck did that happened.. I tell you how...I took for granted that since situp never was a problem, same would be this year. My stomach muscle are so weak, that will be my next goal, to work on strengthing up my stomach muscle.
Next was the run....at this time the highest I could get was a silver because you get the lowest award that you get in any event.
My friend Bonnie was out there and ran with me...she wanted me to still go for a gold in the run...but why, my bubbles was busted so that run was hard as heck..but I ran 2 miles in less than 23 minutes which was 5+ minutes more than I need for the gold but when I walk on tha stage and receive my silver award...I will hold my head up like it was a gold because I can truly say, this time was extremely hard for me and I know that I have some work to do as far as getting in shape.
Thanks for all the support, as I was running, I was saying I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN and you know what...I wont...until next year

Believe it or not my fat azz could and did do those things, I just attempt to do more and more this days. Even fat I was into exercise, I was just into a lot more eating as well. I know strange as hell but I know what what your ass is trying to say...

- Study what worked as well as what didn't work.
- What barriers prevented you from having the outcome you wanted?
- Were they preventable?
- What can you do next time to set yourself up for success?
I'm predicting gold next year!

If I did anything wrong it was not work on all three event, I was wrong to assume that situps will not be a problem, that is all. I worked on the pushup and the run, I never timed myself doing situps to see where I stood, that is all. When I couldn't do the situps, I was in shock and disbelief, for real.
Not looking for you to feel sorry....thanks for the cursing out though, lol
