Good Morning Everyone!!!!

I am up bright and early.  Have a session with my trainer this morning.  We will be doing lower body after I will do about 30 min on the stair master.
I hope to get back to the gym this evening for a 30 min interval run.
Yesterday I did make it back to the gym after wor for 50 min of the staimaster.

I am going to spin class this morning and will do at least 15 minutes on the stair master. I haven't being on the StairMaster in ages. This post is important in inspiring others to workout. Yesterday I started to skip my workout but felt guilty because I had already posted, so I fulfilled my commitment.

This post also holds me accountable.  I told my trainer about it this morning and he thought it was a good idea and very helpful  to me and everyone on the site who chooses to participate.
I promise to post daily, even if I do not exercise. 
Training this morning was tough.  My legs were killing me from the "STAIRMASTER" yesterday.  Tyring to be superwoman, LOL. 
But I made it through. Keep up the good work. I am sure you can see a big difference already from adding exercise to your daily routine.

Yesterday completed week 3 day 1 of couch to 8K. Completed week 3 day 2 this morning. Same routine for both...
50 minutes total
5 minute warm up walk 
9 minutes jogging and 1 minute walking (alternate four times)
5 minute cool down walk

Hitting the gym twice in one day! You go girl!

I'm done. Any more exercise today will consist of me running around Walmart. Literally! I shop fast---move out the way! Cart and girl coming through!


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

That two a day killed me this moring during training. LOL.  My legs felt like jello.
Good job, you keep it up  and you will be ruuning that 8 K in no time.

It is 80 partly cloudy I may ride my bike today instead of walk with my hubby.
