Hello BAF!

It has been sooo long since I stopped in for a visit.  So many new faces, so many familiar faces. I got an email from OH sendings congrats on my 5 years post WLS.

How could I forget?

I wanted to reflect with the folks that got me through that time in my life. Thanks Ya'll. I still struggle with my food choices. Daily, I feel guilty about a food decision. Sometimes, I binge (I never knew how to purge) Sometimes, I starve.

I forget to take my vitamins but I always get my B-12 injection. I am still anemic.I have issues but I always manage to refocus and get back on track.

I am resuming a workout plan since I had my baby. Pregnancy was rough because my anemia got worse. I was always tired.  My baby was born at 41weeks, 7 pounds, 5 oz, 21 inches long.  He was bigger than my pre WLS babies.

I must admit-Life is good! I love my family and I am happily employed.
