90 Days of Accountability: Day 15

Feeling a bit better mentally and physically.  I am feeling blessed this morning.  I don't know, maybe because I woke up in a very good mood.  I feel like something great is going to happen to me today.  Have you ever had that feeling?  Anyway back to the task at hand..

Took ALL vitamins...didn't miss not one...I am so proud of myself in that area

50+ water, but I did have a huge (double gulp) glass of ice yesterday...

No exercise

Food Intake:
B-Coffee and a granola bar
L-1 homemade crab-cake(yes I cooked) and a green salad
S- 1/2 crab-cake and mie fun
D- 2 ribs (no barbecue and cooked on the grill)
S-granola bar

Something good isgoing to happen to you today I'm sending postivie thoughts your way.

took vitamins, water, protein shake, no exercise

Pre-B- Ranchero
B- yoguart n cereal
S- none
L- salad.pork chop, n fruit
S- protein drink
D- nachos
S- peach, plum, sf pudding

Dat was way to much went way over calorie count.... Gotta do better today cause scale going in wrong direction.

Yesterda was challenging.  Seems like I just wanted to eat a little bit of everything.
I did well. Had a sugar free cream sicle for something sweet.
B- Protien shake with fresh fruit
S- Protien shake
L Tuna with whole weat crakers & green beans
S- 2 adkins protien bars
D- 2 fillets of catfish baked and salad
2 hand full of peanuts :-0

Great exercise day worked out twice.
Still need to work on water intake.

Looks like you're doing great!

96 oz water

B - water
L - pulled pork / salad
D - smoked salmon / salad
S - pork rinds

no excercise for me ,,,, er......well maybe 20 minute walk

taking all vitamins right now except calcium will take cal late evening

Sending you good vibes for good happenings!

I'm back on track so the good, bad, and ugly reference goes into retirement.  Only one miss yesterday and that was my body sculptyng routine.  I've gotten everything else back on track and I'll be straight again today. 

Cardio, one hour done.  Calories, protein, carbs, fats, all ok.  Zero grazing; three meals and three planed snacks.  Took all vits and supplements. 100 oz, liquids including about 40 oz water.  Not at 50% water but I'll take it!
