The honeymooner challenge was started by QT; It was a nice swift kick in the butt for all us that are still in the "honeymoon" stage of surgery. It's basically weekly accountability, we all set goals and we are trying to maintain them. MM#1 started one for the vets as well.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I'll be heded to the gym on my lunch hour for week 3 of the couch to 5k.............again.  Can't seem to get past week 3 because week 4 scare the heck outa me. lol

Come hell or high water I am going to workout today. I have been terrible! Going to the 530 spin class at the gym. I hate it cause you gotta get there by 430 to get on the list. I'll change my clothes, claim my bike and go to teh Target and walk around for a sec. Gotta get back on track

I hate that policy also about signing in for those classes.  it wastes time and for some of us we really don't have that extra hour to sit around and wait for the class. At my gym at least I can sign in 30 min early.
I am going to check up on you  tomorrow.

Yesterday....I am a day off

Completed week 2 day 3 of couch to 8K
46 minutes total
5 minute warm up walk 
8 minutes jogging and 1 minute walking (alternate four times)
5 minute cool down walk


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

Yesterday was my rest day, after working out 4 days in a row. Today I will go to Spin class and work on my back and chest with strength training.
