Hello everyone
How did everyone do yesterday???
I am typing this in a hurry as I head to the gym for 60min of cardio
20 min interval run
20 min Elliptical machine
20 min on the stair stepper

I plan also to try to squeeze in some swimming this evening.

Lets get moving!!!!!

Looking to walk around the block today when I get home w/lil bit this evening - gotta ramp up to return to the gym

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hello!

I took the training wheels off my kids bikes and ran up and down the block chasing both of them. Does that count?
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I would say that it counts, didn't your heart rate go up, that is no easy task.

I ran (yes, ran with a few fast walks to catch my breath )  1.5 miles and walked another 1.5.  I lifted weights for my lower body, 45 situps, 15 push-ups and did yoga before bed.

Today I will work on upper body with weights and  do a 1 mile light jog with a 3 mile walk.  I will also do my recorded Shimmy from fit tv ( I love my dvr!)

My goal 135; current 132;  pre-op highest 285; I have lost more than I weigh...  I my RNY! 
Full TT w/ muscle repair  2/14/12 best valentines gift ever!
