Hi Kells !

A video journal is definately something different...and it might be a great resource when the going gets rough. I know I like to be able to refer back to my written thoughts, especially when Im struggling......but the video would even be more useful cause you can see it all in living color.

Good luck with your appointment tomorrow.  Ask lots of questions and don't be intimidated.  I was also pretty anti-social leading up to surgery too.  I used that time to really prepare myself for what was ahead and I'm glad I did.

I feel you on the FB all day every day..Maybe if OH made an app for my phone i may be on here a little more  Congrats on the video journal. I have watched several on youtube (thats how i actually discovered OH)..

Well one step closer to WLS. Won't be long and we'll be in the HFH Centurion club. check out Sparkspeople.com too there are a lot of HFH patients on there and a lot of good advice for weight loss. and exercise too. It is also a good place to track your protein and water.
