90 Days of Accountability: Day 14

Felling a bit better mentally but physically......I'm praying for pain to go away

Took ALL vitamins, didnt miss one.....Yay me....

50+ oz of fluid and only one cup of ice.....That is a huge improvement

20 walk on the treadmill

Food intake:

b-wheat toast and grits
l-1/2 tuna sandwich
s-1/2 tuna sandwich
d-shrimp mie fun
s-1 peanut butter cookie

Took all vitamins
didn't get all the water
no exercise

pre-B- protein drink
B- cereal and yoguart
L- chicken strips, blackeye peas, brocolli casserole
S- protein shake
D- blackeye peas, green beans, rice, n piece of pork chop( beleive it or not all fit n a small bowl n did not overflow)

took vitamins

completed couch to 8k week 2 day 3

30oz water
10oz protein coffee
20 oz lemonade

B - 1oz chicken salad
S - 1 tbl peanut butter 1/4 wheat thin
L - salad w/heavy veggies
S - south beach cereal protein bar
D - 4 oz baked chicken drummettes, 2oz noodles
S - 1/8 cup special K protein cereal 


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

I'm going to keep my good bad and ugly format cause it works for yesterday as well.  

The Ugly:  Missed on the liquids with only 64 oz of my usual 80-90oz and only 16 oz was water. 

The Bad:  I had two junk food meals where I gathered what I would have grazed on and made them a sit down meal.  It included peanuts, sunflower seeds, pork skins, protein bars and a fudgesicle.  As you can guess, fats for the day are high.  Also, I had no shake yesterday.

The Good: Four feedings and no grazing.    Calories and other nutrition counts were respectable (except fats), but a little more protein would not have hurt.  Two nutritious meals of meat and veg.  All vitamins.  No high sodium foods. 

No exercise because my bp was too low.  I detest skipped days because I have to find a way to make up the calories not burned.  Grrrrr. 

So far today I'm doing better but tomorrow's post will tell...

55 oz's of water
no exercise

brkfast-protein shake
lunck0krystal chick and fries
snack-popcorn,pb,bite chicken,veggies
dinner-tuna sandwich
snack-100 calorie popsicle and strawberries
