SF doesn't mean calorie or fat free. Always read your labels. Sugar free foods are great substitues if you are feening for something sweet but sometimes just a bite of the real thing is just the best thing. Sugar alcohols can affect you just like a lot of sugar by causing you to dump and or . Some people cannot tolerate sugar free items either for the same reasons. I finds that sometimes a sf fudgesicle or popsicle can satisfy my sweet cravings but sometimes I need a bite of a real cookie or brownie. Just realize that sweets can start that sweet tooth just like the carb monster. SF items also have extra calories and fat to add flavor to them. Just be careful.
