Technically speaking, conversate and it's derivative of 'conversating' aren't words..... LOL

I'm not clear on the "certain" of the people you are referring to - so I was unaware that 'rationalize' would be considered offense in re: to them.

I'll stand corrected - but still implore you to divest yourself of further banter - how's that?

It's a culturally created derivation.... oh nevermind - I'm a bit snooty when it comes to English, so pardon my denoucement of such abhorrations of the language (see also; irregardless)

Shontay, you know I love you, right?  but conversate is NOT recognized as a "real" word in the English language....I'm sure in the dictionary it says "slang"....just like the word "ain't".....the correct term is "converse."

and yeah, that word is one of my many pet peeves ROFLMAO----"so are irregardless....WHAT......I could care less....HUH...you could?  well I couldn't....it can't get any less than what I care now! Double negatives....SHUDDY and start over...geesh.....and double comparitives.....how da hell do something get so much better?! ~SMDH~

Whew, lost my mind there for a sec......but though conversate is in dictionary....it is not a proper word.

'morning, Dedee.

That's one of my pet peeves as well.  Along with the mispronouciation of "looked" ("look-ted"), "liked" ("like-ted").
