shouldnt throw stones. We all got shiot with us whether its out in the open or still in the closet. But what is done in the dark shall come to light. All I am going to say is, if you are pregnant or have children and always calling somebody crazy or saying snide remarks, be careful what you say and do to others because it can come back on you. Yes, I suffer with severe depression, you better pray to God that you or any of your children dont suffer with depression or something even worst than depression. I thank God everyday that I have two healthy boys that this gene didnt carry down to them.

PSA: Be careful what you say about people because it can hit your family hard.

Seems like someone's always after me with a big bag of rocks, but to hell with them.

Depression is one of those things you can't fully grasp unless you've been there. There's the emotional and physical ramifications; and then of course the stigma that goes with it. Its so much deeper than that sad pathetic looking person in the drug commercials.

I can't begin to imagine how it was before the plethora of meds available now. Way back when, I fought against meds like they were a sign of weakness. Now I keep a bottle of xanax just in case.

Do what you've got to do to get well again and be there for your kids. To hell with those people and their stones. Just take care of you.
