I'll start with the ugly. I'm still engaged in clandestine illegal snacking. A huge part of my problem is no witnesses. As much as I hate people watching me, I sometimes need saving from myself. I exchanged a healthy dinner of meat and veg and a planned snack of a salad for an ounce of seeds and nuts followed by a cup of no sugar added frozen strawberries. On the surface it does not sound so bad but it lowered my protein beneath the days goal and raised my sugar above the days goal and blew my fats through the roof, and blew my calorie goal too. Also, zero of my liquids were plain water.
Now the bad. I skipped my body sculpting last night. Once the snacking started I got cozy in front the TV although there was nothing decent on and ate. If I keep this up I'll be doomed to failure. I have to get my head right. This is my second week of screw ups.
The good. Two planned meals and two planned snacks and protein shake achieved. All vitamins taken, full amount of liquids consumed, 90 min cardio plus spot muscle training accomplished and finally I have rid my home of high sodium foods.
I'm planning on reporting a good day tomorrow. I have to get out of this negative trend.

Breakfast:2 Polishes plain without the bread and I had some coffee with equal and sf creamer.
Took all vitamins, I didnt miss one
50+ oz of water
No exercise
Food intake:
B-2 pieces of wheat toast and some grits
L-1/2 tuna sandwich
S-1 peanutbutter cookie
S-dried cherries
D-Lasagna
S-1 peanutbutter cookie
S-dried cherries

Today I started the day off with a great morning at the gym, weight training and cardio
my goal is to intake more WATER!!!! I am not doing good in that area.
I have had a protien drink with fresh fruit for breakfast the rest of my meal plan for today I hope to accomplish is
S- Aktinks cranberry bar
L- Tuna with whole wheat crackers
S- Protien drink
D- Baked Fish and green beans
S- Cottage Cheese and fat free jello

Took vitamins
10oz water
10oz protein coffee
20oz lemonade
(liquids totally suck - surprised I was not singing 'how dry I am')
completed week 2 day2 of couch to 8K
B - nothing
S - nothing
L - salad (heavy veggie 1oz cheese for some protein but not enough)
S -1/4 serving almond crisps
D - 4oz baked chicken drumettes, 3 oz noodles, 1 biscuit (bad - no veggies and sure did not need the bread )
S - 1/2 cup special K protein cereal (dry)
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout
like a skinny girl!
