Heyl no.  My daughter will be 7 this month but I solicited daycare services when she was 2 1/2 and the fees were $100 per week. 

Is that some sort of academy prep school or something?  wow

Tell her to look for the day cares that accept government supplement, they are usually less expensive.  The only problem is that they only accept a minimum amount of children who do not receive these funds.

okay, once, i've seen it one time - but that was montessori and you come knowing that they on some special ish.  little bit is 9 now, but from 0-5 she was in an all day program that was $1260/mo (8 years ago) because it was one of the few accredited places open from 7-7.  now wunna the council's little girl who is 4 is in a goddard school and i think they're at 1300/mo.   i know that sounds ridiculous, hell it's ridiculous but what they'll tell you is in a full time day car situation (55 hours a week) $1300 a month comes to $5.90 per hour.     don't say it, we already thinkin the same thing.  :raine:
