I'm maintaining haven't lost or gain. Still doing my protein, water, and vitamins. Although the last two days haven't been getting in as much water. So I plan to get the water in today and exercise at least 3-4 times this week. Have really been watching what I eat.

Greetings from the "D".

My week went well last week. Ironically, I did not go to the gym at all but I was busy preparing my kids new bedrooms for their return from ATL.

I'm down 3 more pounds and honestly it must be the water/vits that's helping. I plan to kick it up a notch this week.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I lost 3lbs last week.  Sticking to my protein and water.  It's 100 + degrees so I've only been able to walk in the morning, we will see how this week goes.  I'm down to 256....wow!!  Still have 31 lbs to go to reach the labor day challenge.......that means I would have to lose 3.875 lbs a week.  Ummmmm  not likely to happen.

Hey Everybody!!!  This past week was good lost five lbs...need to step up the exercise so this week I will get my walk on and add some cardio.....

Haven't been getting much exercise in. I've been wavering between 180-183. I'm kicking in my exercise this week by going to the gym 6 days a week and getting in an extra session at least three of those days. I know its extreme, but it's been my ritual during the summer months.

I need to increase my water as well. I was at 180 this morning. I want to get to at least 177 by Sunday.

My week was not too good, my appetite is out of control. On another note, I saw my surgeon this week about some pain I was having and he was pretty happy with my progress. He suggested that I look into a tt after about 40 more lbs. I want to get off 65lbs before any more surgery though. I also saw my pcp and he said my weight was down about 80lbs since November. I am committing to refocusing on my goals this week. I am a little sad though, I had to drop my gym membership, just could not afford it. I am trying to compensate for it by taking walks often.

Last week was great! I now have a normal BMI but I'm in it to win it. I think I'm going to change my goal weight to 140lb (Mike just noticed what I wrote and he doesn't think that's a good weight for me - he can kiss my shrinking arse...lol) but I'm going to listen to my body.

I can't do too much as far as exercise...I've developed tendonitis in my ankle...aaaarrrggghhh.
