How was your week?  What worked, what didn't and what's your plan for this week?

I'm up about a pound and a half but its jus****er weight.  I shopped badly so I've had cold cuts and rotisserie chicken, all of which are high in sodium. 

The weight is dropping but the body water % is still rising.  Hopefully, when I stop retaining this water there is a few pounds of fat loss for the week. 

I've been good most of the time.  The big issue is grazing instead of three squares and a couple of snacks.  Total calories remain fine and so is protein, vits, water and exercise. 

I've vowed to give up  the salt so next week I'd better post a loss if I want to have a prayer of making it to 167 lbs by the end of this challenge.  I'm stepping up my body sculpting routine so there will be additional calories burned going foreward.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.  This week was b-a-d.  I'm up 5 lbs.  It has to be water weight because there is no way that I put on 5lbs of fat in less than a week.  I only went to the gym once and that was a total body resistance class and it put me out of commission for a few days, I could barely walk never mind working out through the pain.  This week I'll have to push through it.  I'll hit the gym at least 4 days.  I pray that things look much better next week. 

I'm off to the gym now for my couch 2 5k run.
Who said this was the easy way out is a lie!

I have completely fallen off da wgon! Well, I'm still gettin my protien and water and stuff, but with a whole lotta carbs and other crap thrown in. I have been partyin non-stop for almost 2 weeks now. I went to New Orleans at 180 and came back at 188. Had to be water weight and I'm back at 181. I need to refocus today. Then hubby's bday was last Thursday and you know how we do. Can't celebrate it for one day so since last Wednesday I've gone out to eat/drink/dance every night! I'm so sick of the weight loss phase I could scream. But I am going back to working out 6 days a week and stop faking!

I had a pretty good week got down to my losest since wls 269. I started a second job so I have to plan so i can stay on track.  I exercised four days last week did well with vitamins and water.

The scale is slowly moving.  I went back to the basics of mainly protein and I'm down to 223.4 as of this am.  I just weighed again and the scale said 223.6 so I guess I'll take the last one and add to my signature.  In the words of Wanda, "I'm rets to get out of the 220s."
