Protein Tea and a banana.............

I have no ideas for lunch; I'm going to run out and get my nails done.

Breakfast
3 oz Chicken salad made w/ light mayo and lettuce on a LC tortilla

Lunch
2-3 oz Pork loin with cauliflower rice

For breakfast, I'm heading downstairs to fix turkey bacon and an egg...I am starving!

Lunch...bowl of french onion soup from Panera's (I think..haven't thought that far yet, girl!)

B: Turkey bacon and southwestern egg beaters with salsa
L: Turkey and ham with cheese, peppers and avocado rolled up and heated to melt cheese.
D: The rest of my steak from Outback and a chopped bluecheese salad.

hey sis thanks for being there for me this weekend...

two teaspoons of peanut butter....

all my vits.

32 oz water thus far

lunch....green tea.....if i can eat anything....tilapia taco....

1/2 red apple with peanut butter i want but.....we will see.

Hi Cookie,

I am on the train again. I got off for one meal on Saturday evening for a night out with my girls.  I had 2 eggs with cheese at about 11:00 and I will eat a small salad with roast for supper if my bad a$$ band will allow me to. Yesterday, I could not eat nothing.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
