what are you planning for lunch?


No breakfast. 

Lunch: Ground turkey taco salad (without the shell) with FF sour cream, salsa, and FF cheese.

Will have a protein smoothie afer I work out.

Something TOLD me not to drive into McDonald's this morning.......

B - protein shake, two slices of toast w/cream cheese
L - chick fil a nuggets and salad

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

L- already ate it lol Tuna fish on low carb bread

Had a new type of protien in my shake today and I was hungry about an hour later. Won't be having that anymore for breakfast, but I'll save it for teh days I come up short and need an extra boost of protien in the evenings.
