90 Days of Accountability: Day 12

Feeling okay mentally and physically.  A bit tired and have a few aches and pains that I pray will go away soon.

Took ALL vitamins...Didn't miss one...Thank God

50+ oz of water and only had one glass of ice so I am doing good on that.

3 mile bike ride

Food intake:

B-coffee, grits, toast and one boiled egg
L-1/2 tuna sandwich
S-graham crackers
D-Lasagna

Took all vitamins
No exercise
Only took in about 32 oz of water

B- egg, bacon, sausage (late breakfast)
S- fruit
L- none
D- chicken strips, brocoli rice casserole

MSW will not settle

Bad day yesterday.  Went into all day grazing mode.  This snacking thing will be my undoing if I don't get it back under control.

Calories, protein, vits, water, exercise all ok.  Too much sodium but I'll be done with high sodium foods today.  My budget and conscience do not allow me to throw out good food.  I just have to live with the water retention till that stuff is all gone.

I have a meal plan for today so I should be able to get my meals under control.

Took vitamins

10oz water
6oz protein coffee
20 oz lemonade

completed week 1 day 1 of couch 8K

B  1 1/2 slices bacon 1oz cheese

S none

L (went to Golden Corral) 1tbl squa****bl bourbon chicken, 1 tbl mac cheese, 1 tbl cabbage, 1 tbl taco meat,  1 rib (like in I Gonna Get You Sucka - How Much for One Rib?), 1 tbl cherry cobbler and 1 tbl spoon ice cream (Guess where I headed as soon as I got home?)

D 3oz chicken drummettes 2 oz veggie pasta

S 1/2 cup special k protein cereal

This was a lot of food to me and little indulgence in moderation was ok. The scale was pleased and moved down 2 lbs this morning. Back to logging my food cause I am still not eating (or drinking) enough.
 


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

I cant be accountable this week.  Aunt Flo is on the rise and that chick is sooooooo wicked she got me eating all kinds of stuff and cursing out folks in the process. 

I am going to the gym tonight though.......aint nothing like a good sweat to keep a sista cool

To everybody else, handle your biz and I will try to join you in the fight !

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

B- Protien shake with fruit ( 2 scoops of protien)
S- Apple
L Tuna with boiled eggs and 6 whole wheat crackers
S- Protien Drink
D Steak and green beans
about 32 oz H20

This morning I woke up and attended a boot camp class.
I will go running in about an hour for 30 min.
Body fat today was 16.6 I think that's good




I am not afraid of tomorrow,
for I have seen yesterday
and I love today......
