I get them throughout the day. It has no true relation to food. I don't overeat because it is very hard for me to tolerate food. I get them more when I have waited too long to eat......go figure......

I do get them a lot now, but they don't hurt. People in the office usually start laughing at the way they sound though, kind of a high pitched squeak.

Mine come out of the blue too. At first I could hear people around the building asking what is that. Now I just hear them crack up laughing. They will get use to it.
