I have a confession...I can not stop munching!! I munch/graze all day long and I understand this is the biggest worse habit to do. I normally eat 6 small meals a day but recently I've caught myself eating 3 meals and then grazing the rest of the day until I force myself to stop..how do i stop...I will say that I have been extremley stressed with remodeling and renting my first home, pressures at the job, and personal issues so I guess I'm saying BAF  need you!!!!

You CAN stop munching.  Speak positive affirmations over your journey...your words have power.

You control what you put into your mouth and guess what?  you can't munch on what's not there.  Stop bringing trigger /comfort foods into your home.  PLAN, PLAN, PLAN!

Get to the root of "what's eating you" and remove it or modify how you handle it.  I don't know your spirituality, but I find listening to Gospel music and meditating helps.

I am also a firm believer in counseling.

I've been going to therapy since the beginning of this journey but I fell off.  I do believe that I need to begin planning my meals and stop bringing the crap in to not tempt me..thx Cookie!

I've slipped three days last week after five months of being carefull.  Calories were ok but because I kept nibbling my macro nutrients were not where they should have been.  I have stressful issues I'm dealing with so know what got me here.  However, I'm determined not to get in the grazing habit or I'm screwed.

Last night I laid out my meal plan for today.  So far have eaten three times today and had half a protien shake.  I still have one meal and one snack and half a protien shake left for the day.  Controlled grazing.  I just ate when hungry today.

I've been posting to 90 Days of Accountability.  Knowing I have to fess up helps.

I have been doing the same thing, but I graze /much or fruit  and stuff with high protein like nuts and a home trail mix.  I am trying to stop but I also don't want to loose anymore weight I have lost over 100lbs and can't find any cloths to fit, so I have to keep eating so I  want loose anymore.

Rolonda, stop it, now. Please stop before the scale starts going in the wrong direction. You are doing the doggone thang. Treat tomorrow as another day to start off fresh.
