90 Days of Accountability: Day 11
Just feeling okay mentally and physically. I have a few aches and pains that I need to go away, but I will be okay.
Took ALL vitamins and didnt miss any...Thank God because I need them
50 oz of water and still eating ice but not as much
No exercise
Food intake:
B-Coffee, a boiled egg, 2 pieces of wheat toast and some grits
L-1 slice of pizza
S-fruit snacks
D-nothing
No appetite for some reason.
Datz all folkz.........

Three meals one of which was high fiber low carb pasta, one snack of 1.5oz peanuts (yeah, a little too much), --no mini meals or grazing, thankfully. Plus, one scoop of protein powder.
I don't often have fried foods but two meals were from a fried seafood platter which I'll finish today. Only 20 of my 80 oz was plain water :- (
All vits, started new cardio/ aerobics routine (60 min) which has gotten my heart rate back up and saves half an hour. I went light on the strength, just feeling fatigued.

L-Tuna with light mayo and multigrain crackers
D- will be Baked fish and green beans
Working on my water
Went to the gym this morning , upper body weight training

Going to go running this evening when it coold down- goal 3 miles.
I am not afraid of tomorrow,
for I have seen yesterday
and I love today......
