Please tell me how to cook fried cabbage, pretty please? Sounds so good!

Fry 3 or 4 slices of bacon in a large skillet. Once done, remove the bacon, but leave in enough oil to equal 2 or 3 tablespoons. While the skillet is still hot, add 1 medium head of shredded cabbage, or 1 bag of slaw mix from the prepared salad section of your grocery store. Stir the cabbage in the oil, add salt and pepper, and a little sugar.
Stir periodically until it's the consistency you like (I prefer the cabbage to be a little firm). A few minutes before it's done, crumble the bacon and mix it in. That's it. Quick and easy.
You can use turkey bacon to reduce the amount of fat.

Mack, I'm with you on the seafood but not until Tuesday. I am starting the 2 day hollywood diet to wart off the self induced 10 day New Orleans food/drink coma,.... can you say 185lbs,.... I hope some of that is water,.... probably not but ahh well back to the real world now.
I'll be back to normal (164) in no time, wishful thinking....
