90 Days of Accountability: Day 10
I wasnt feeling as well, mentally or physically yesterday but I pressed my way through.
Took All Vitamins except for my last dose of calcium....
1 hour of hard tennis (Yes sir, I won)
50 oz of water. Not craving the ice as much but still eating it
Food intake:
B-Coffee
L-A tuna sandwich
S-Peanuts
D-A tuna sandwich w/ dirty chips
S-2 boiled chicken wings
S-graham crackers

I too felt lousy physically & mentally yesterday. Made a cluster f**k of my diet by grazing instead of having properly planned meals.This makes 4 of 8 days I'm off my mark in some form. Thank God you started this caused you're calling me out daily.
For the first time since I was a newbie, I missed the vits. Took the first set then forgot vits & meds for the day. No exercise, but that was a concious decision because of how I was feeling. I did get in a protien shake and snacked on protien foods, so I'm ok there and with calories and water.
My body is itching for the gym this morning and I'm ready to go.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Keep pressing on. Exercise is one of the key components in a healthy way of living. Add more protein and wean yourself off of the graham crackers. Fruit is plentiful now and cheap. Not preaching to you because as I stated the other day, what I am posting to you is meant for me too. We all fall down and will dust ourselves off and get back on track. That's reality.
