Happy 7th year RNY surgery too me!!
7 years ago today I was going under the knife for Open Rny. My total weight loss was 134 pounds, of those 134 pounds I have kept off 114-116 pounds it really depends on the day.
What a journey it has been, I had a Small Bowel Obstruction in 2005 (first and only complication, although you can get this WHENEVER you have any type of abdominal surgery. After being a punk for many years I decided to go under the knife again and self paid for a tummy-tuck last year a day after my birthday Feb 2008.

My only suggestion to new and pre-op people os to be consistent with your eating and exercise. Oddly, I didn't become a work-out fien until last year now it is part of my daily routine. Much love and success to others as you begin and continue your journey!!
