90 Days of Accountability: Day 9

Felling ok...just ok.....I was running around yesterday and doing so many errands. But here it goes like promised....Oh, just wanted to let you know that my craving for ice is subsiding.  I guess the iron pills is really doing its job.

Took ALL vitamins
40-50 oz of water
No exercise

Food intake:
B-coffee
l-1 piece of wheat toast and a boiled egg
s-graham crackers with peanut butter
d-4 broiled chicken wings
s-2 broiled chicken wings
s-cashew peanuts
s-graham crackers

ok, that doesnt look good....will try to do better today.

Glad you notice the ice craving is decreasing. Hope it continues to improve.

Took vitamins

completed couch to 8K week 1 day2

30oz water
10oz protein coffee (tried it for the first time - not bad)
5 oz lemonade
8oz coffee (evening meeting at Starbucks! like I could sit there smelling the coffee and not drink some should have brought my protein powder with me - gonna stash some in the car today!)

B 1 tbl peanut butter on wheat sandwich thin
S none
L salad (same kind all week - creature of habit) 
S 1oz baked chicken drummettes 1 oz steak 1 tsp broccoli and cheese casserole
D 2 KFC grilled chicken wings (first time trying - not bad) 4 potato wedges, 1 tsp macaroni & cheese

make it a great day!


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

I am just going to say good luck on your journey from this point forward because your menu is frustrating the hell out of me and it really shouldn't, but reading it is causing me all kind of urges to come to NJ and force feed you some healthy food starting with something green and to exercise with you until you drop because you have gone from every other day to hit and miss.


Good luck and I pray you get where you want to be in your journey but if I ever get to NJ any where near where you live, it is on for real

I love you, I just don't want my frustration to become your frustration in regards to this or to make you feel like all I do is critique your meal each time so I respectfully back out this thread but know that I will always provide you with support.

You can eat   2 or 4 chicken wings at one sitting ?

Morning Treena and fellow Baf' ers 

If you keep working your thing.....your " ok " will turn into fabulous.  Just stay the course.

I find that when Im working out, the better eating habits usually kick in cause I hate to sabotage my calorie burn.

Yesterday, I didnt make it to the gym as I hoped, but my sweetie had me walking around the city after work til my feel swell up like little canned hams   

Going to hit the gym today after work for my usual 500 +++ calorie burn. 

Today's menu : 

1 multi-vitamin and 6-8 cups of water !

B- 1 protein shake with EAS protein 2% milk and small banana
s- Quaker oatmeal to go bar  -220 caloris
L- spring mix tossed salad with 2tbsp Tyson white chunk chicken, 2 tbsp cranberries, 1 monterey jack cheesestick and 1/2 packet of chipotle dressing,
s- s/f vanilla & chocolate mixed pudding -60 calories 
D- salmon burger and small tossed salad ( thats the plan )
