See I'll have to tell you WHY she stayed away......on the BL!! LMAO

I been chuggin water for the past 2 days like the drought is comin. Today 5 lbs is gone already. Runnin to the bathroom every 5 secs is lesson enough learned to drink more water while out of town. But dayum......Fat Tuesdays and  those hand granades (crucial strong drink on Bourbon St) was callin my name!

l- lean pocket n 8 french fries(i no not good but they were calling my name)

d- ceasar side salad and chicken temders

Breakfast, if you just going to have coffee, can you make it a protein coffee.

Almost all your meals consist of subs and sunchips.

Morning Treena and folks aboard !

Ok Im on it with you...had to get  " mentally tuned up "  for this one.

Yesterday  was my first day.........I did 3 miles on the elip...burned 614 calories.
I hope to be posting my stuff on here from this point on. 

My eating was so-so yesterday, I needed to make a trip to the market, but I tracked and ate a total of 1560 carbs and with the calorie burned reduced that down to under 1000. 

Today's plan is the same for the exercise.  Will do a 2 mile walk at lunch ( weather permitting) I am also going to the gym after work....got me some MJ for the ipod..so Plum's gonna be jamming at the gym. 

Today's menu :

1 multi-vitamin and 6-8 cups of water

b - protein shake with 2% milk,  EAS vanilla protein and 2 frozen mango chunks
s-pepper jack cheese stick and medium red delicious apple 
l- 2 kosher beef hotdogs  and 1/2 cup of vegetarian beans
s - fiber one bar -activia low fat vanilla yogurt
d- salmon burger and small tossed salad with low fat dressing. 

Good luck today to all aboard - aint nothing to it but to do it 

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

Whatever you are doing just be consistent and try a variety of HEALTHY choices, and try to do at least 15 minutes of exercise everyday, and the scale will start moving!!

The key word is
LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!!
